After a few negative experiences at other dealerships as well as having incorrect information available online I called ahead to verify the specifics on a vehicle at this dealership. Piyush went out and double checked all features for us which was very generous of him considering again the online ad did not include all features the vehicle actually had. Since the vehicle did have all the features we were looking for we went to look at it when my husband came back into town from work, it was even Piyushs day off but he was more than happy to come in and help us. We had a price quote from another dealership for the exact same vehicle with the same features and kms (which was sold at the same time we were looking at it) but the price was for significantly less. We were not willing to pay more money for the exact same vehicle and after going back and forth with the price we were happy with the final negotiation. In the end we had a very positive experience and would recommend this dealership. The only negative thing I have to say has nothing to do with the team who helped us as they were more than helpful. The only thing I could suggest is for the online ads to be more accurate and the pricing of vehicles to be more on par with other dealerships advertisements. Those who shop around do notice the higher price tag for the same vehicles and may overlook Capital GMC's friendly and helpful services. More
I wish i would have went elsewhere to buy my new truck. It was like pulling teeth to get anything while the response to everything was "were already loosing money on this sale" which is garbage. I didnt like the bully tactics the sales team tried to implement on me with this price is only on the table for an hour we cant guarantee a price like this for tommorrow(fred). The whole time i felt rushed and as if i was getting bullied, No compassion at all. I was buying a truck with a sticker price of almost $58,000 and the whole time it was ram and push and bulldog tactics(fred). I have bought 2 new vehicles before, and i felt like i was actually a valued customer there, we worked together on purchasing a vehicle. At capital you are a piece of meat and they could really care less about you, and just want the number of that vehicle being sold. I can say with 100% assurity that i will NEVER EVER buy anything from Capital ever again.(overall experience,price, friendliness) The guys who installed my sprayin box liner,truxedo box cover and mud flaps did a very good job and i was happy with the quality of work.(quality of work) I havent had any issues with my truck yet so i havent had any interaction with the service department.(customer service) So thank you for my first and LAST experience with Capital Josh Bray More

I am a shift worker and commute to work, I was driving a Cadillac CTS4 and with the oil field activity was starting to feel a little nervous meeting the big trucks doing Mach 90 on the highway. I started looking at internet sites in Regina for a used truck and found a couple that I liked. I know Steph Morin, so I sent her an email about some of the vehicles on the internet site at Capital GM. Steph put me in contact with Justin Hoffert, who was more that willing to help. I drove to Capital GM and was met by the friendly receptionist that called Steph down to meet me and wait till Serey showed up, Justin was off that day. The 1st truck I was looking at was a Cadillac EXT, but this one didn't come through. I continued to watch the used section of the Capital GM site and came across a 2011 GMC Denali 1500. I gave Justin a call and we set up a time to come and take a look at the vehicle. Test drive was good and we did come to a deal, I bought the truck on a Monday and Justin said it would be ready for pick up on the Wednesday. Unfortunately, due to the weather one of the options that I had ordered for the truck did not make it in time for the Wednesday pickup. Justin called me and sent texts apologizing for the delay, the parts came in on the Friday. The parts and installation took the GM crew till closing on Friday to get the truck ready, a little disappointing. However, Justin called and Serey brought the truck to me, at work, in Weyburn. Justin again was very apologetic for the delay and made extra effort to make sure I had made a good choice with Capital GM. The truck had some minor flaws that Justin and the crew made right and followed with phone calls, texts and emails to make sure everything was good as far as I was concerned. Matt made the paper work easy and quick and explained every thing to me, even though I told him I done this many of times. He even gave my daughter change for a drink, because I didn't have any cash on me. To be honest at first with the delay on the promised delivery date and some of the flaws in the truck, I was considering the 30 day return policy. After speaking with Justin and him speaking with some of his higher ups, everything started falling into place. Now I would definitely recommend Capital GM, to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership provided absolutely excellent service.. My only real issue is having to pay full price for accessories after buying a brand new 2014. My husband and I were looking to upgrade our truck, and we found one online on the dealership's website. We contacted Don Narcisse and he was immediately available to help us over the phone. We did our financing online, and they got back to us quickly with the approval. The next day we went to the dealership and the staff had everything ready for us. We test drove the new truck, traded in the old truck, filled out the paperwork and were on our way home with our new vehicle. The whole process was incredibly smooth.
