I thought the dealer training about the vehicle was well done by Ryan. Prior to making the deal i hadn't realized that ruberized floor mats weren't included in the purchase. This was a shock as this was by far the most expensive car I have ever bought and the provision of ruberized, custom mats was as basic as the winter plug in. Not to mention the provision was a given in my previous half dozen purchases of new vehicles from other dealerships. More

Quetionable service I was changing my tires from the winter tires to summer tires. The factory socket for the wheel lugs broke, so I was not able to remove the nuts. I I was changing my tires from the winter tires to summer tires. The factory socket for the wheel lugs broke, so I was not able to remove the nuts. I attended the parts department at Capital only to be told that the broken socket was for that vehicle only and could not be replaced. They could now only be removed by being cut off. This was going to be a very expensive, approx. $1500 was the quote as each wheel would have to be removed in this manner. I found that very difficult to believe so I contacted Graham tire, thinking they likely had experienced this issue before. They advised that they had replacement sockets for around $15. I went there explained to them what had happened and they said very strange because they have supplied Capital with these sockets before and on a regular basis. I replaced the socket and saved myself $1500... More
