Really bad service i bought 2018 Yukon Denali XL spent about 94k in december 17, my air conditioner stopped working 2 weeks ago i called for service got appointment week i bought 2018 Yukon Denali XL spent about 94k in december 17, my air conditioner stopped working 2 weeks ago i called for service got appointment week later, now they are telling me it needs a condenser but they dont have it in stock and will take another week to get it. so they want me to drive my vehicle without air condition in this hot weather i asked for loaner but denied. i was also told these vehicle's are on recall for air conditioner condenser, so my point is that if its on recall why dont you stock these parts. and if you can not stock them you should be able to give a loaner at mean time i did not spend 94k to drive with out ac. really bad service and i also want to mention i own a e class Mercedes every time i need stuff done on car they always provide a replacement vehicle this is how it should be . i would never buy another vehicle from capital gmc in regina period. Sarath and Robin were both extremely helpfully, especially Sarath with the test drives and honesty. The other dealership tried the 'someone is test driving this car in two hours, it might be gone!' I didn't appreciate that. Sarath and Robin never did that. What sold us was after we told them we are from Estevan, and that my partner, fairly new to Canada and driving, couldnt do the drive from Regina to Estevan by herself. They offered to bring the car down for us at a time that worked for us. The first dealership was going to charge us for that. There was no question after that. Gage was straightforward and made everything easy from the financial side, and our monthly payments are lower than they were on my first car. More

A Place I Didn't Want To Go But Did and Got A New Car I honestly don't know. I didn't want to come to Capital. It is big and I like small. A friend's daughter in law had a horrible experience. BUT, unfortunately I had to replace my car that I love. That stressed me out and I didn't want to be there. BUT, the salesman Mr. Dreger was very patient, enthusiastic about the car and they gave me trade in money. In hindsight, I wish I would have looked closer at the car and done some research but I just wanted to get it done and get out of there. I know, I'm a little weird. There are things that are nice about the Spark but I don't believe it is nearly as well built as the Suzuki I had. Will it last me 20 years like the other one? Probably not but I hope so. This is probably a strange review, but I felt I owed it to Mr. Dreger to do it, because he didn't tell me to just take my grumpy attitude and go to Broad Street! More
