We made our appointment about a week in advance and were told to be at the shop by 8:00 am. We arrived on time and were 3rd in line. So nearly 6 hours later we finally get our car back? The sudden snowfall caused a rush for tires changes I realize, but I wonder how we got pushed back so far in line when we had pre-booked AND on time. This tire change turned out to be a very bad experience for us. More
