Purchase of a 2019 Chev Impala Dealing with Anand was a very satisfying situation. Trade in allowance was as I expected & was agreed upon quite easily. It's the Capital Pro coverage which is included in sales agreement. Info regarding what it covers is only verbal without any written info. My thinking iis it should be available only if the purchaser agrees to take it as it is very expensive. Not to happy with included cost. More

Once we did we met Jona the accountant who also provided great service going over car records finding a recall of part that needed to be looked after. Robin then sat in car with us to go over all the technical issues. Set up Blue tooth on my phone as well as command start. Left with phone number , email for continued help if needed.
