The overall process with this third vehicle was less than impressive. We previously had a 2012 Explorer which came with the upgraded winter package which included Ford allow wheels. As part of the purchase of the 2016, the 2012 Explorer was traded in. Both the salesman and the sales manager indicated that they checked with the parts and service department that these wheels would fit the new vehicle with no issues and promised that everything will work out. When I took the vehicle in to get cleaned and the accessories installed, unfortunately the old wheels did not fit. I was originally told that the rim offset was incorrect and then was told that the rim size was wrong. To try and correct the issue the Craig the Sales Manager tried to replace my Ford Wheels with cheap after market universal wheels (Full retail price of $200 each) that were very cheap quality. In turn, Capital would keep my old winter alloys which are around $800-1000 each to purchase new based on current "Ford Winter Alloy Rims" pricing on wheels sitting in the parts department showroom. Fortunately for us, upon refusal of the poor quality wheels, Craig did locate the proper Ford alloy wheels that would be equivalent to our old set. This whole process wasted both my wife and my time in terms of returning to the dealership numerous times to try to get this resolved and the correct wheels installed over the following couple weeks. Luckily we live in Regina and returning to the dealership isn't as hard as it could have been. While this was corrected for us in the end, unfortunately I am sure there are numerous other people that have been tricked into accepting cheap, poor quality replacement parts for their new vehicles after they were told that their existing wheels etc. would fit the new vehicle. I hope this review can help someone in the future and prevent this from happening to them. More

So I can say it is not easy getting i We finally received the 2015 Ford Flex limited Eco boost edition last week, which was ordered March 26, 2015. So I can say it is not easy getting into a Ford, as your famous slogan states in your commercials and flyers. Went in March with a trade in with our 2011 Ford Flex, got the price with a rebate of $750 and the Costco rebate of $1000 @ 0% interest, the flex came in mid July a couple months late, as they said 6 weeks to get it in. Went to pick it up signed all the papers and it was employee pricing now on, so got a few hundred dollars off the price, great. Signed the papers got the keys then went to see the flex, however the interior (back seat) incorrectly ordered. It came as a bench seat and we ordered bucket seats. Very disappointed, so no new vehicle for our sons wedding, but also that Costco rebate was not taken off the price. We were told it could not be used because of employee pricing, and that 0% interest was not available. As gullible as we were we said ok, but very unhappy, we had to wait another 6 weeks. We had received flyers prior to picking up the new flex that you could get 0% plus Costco rebate, plus that $750 exclusive offer with employee pricing. This exclusive offer and Costco rebate was in the mail weekly. We talked to the manager and sales rep about those offers, and we were then told we could use that $1000 Costco offer. No troubles we thought, we waited and waited, finally got a call and said it would be here the first week of October, then no call, so after the long weekend in October we called, we were finally told, they can't make any promises of when it would be in, it finally came in last few days of October. We went to pick it up, did not get the $1000 Costco rebate, or 0% interest, because we got employee pricing. If you cannot offer that Costco rebate, then you should not offer it, but bottom line, you can't offer something, don't offer it. Other incentives such as the winter package was not even offered at time of finalizing the vehicle, so we asked about it, and we were told out right NO, that they would not honor any other incentives. What incentive did they honor, the $750 one only. Very disappointed with all customer service, with no or very little communication unless we initiated it and saying one thing and getting another when all was done. We do like the versatility of the flex, that's why we ordered another one. However our new 2015 flex is now a year old as you can order 2016 vehicles and they were blowing out 2015's. Yes we did get a discount on this vehicle, however we still lost out as it is a year old before we got it in our driveway so the trade in value will be less when we go to trade in a 2015 as it could be a 2016. If we would have known it was going to be so late in the year to receive the new vehicle we would of waited and ordered a 2016 in the new year. That is why we ordered in March to own a new vehicle not to receive it in November. So the concern we had not only the Costco rebate but the vehicle is classified as a year old already as you could get 2016's fords before it arrived. Truly disappointed and dissatisfied customer. So it really isn't easy getting into a Ford now, is it. More

Easy and Fast I am from out of town by 5 hrs, I choose capital ford in Regina because of a referral. 2nd time purchase from this dealer So we walked in with the full intention to buy as we needed a new SUV asap. We had previously purchased a truck from them. The new salesman used a lot So we walked in with the full intention to buy as we needed a new SUV asap. We had previously purchased a truck from them. The new salesman used a lot of one liners ("see it's really quiet isn't it" while nodding yes) for the sales pitch and we had walked in to look at a used $25000 vehicle then told us he had something that just came in that would be perfect. Our second test drive ( which he accompanied us on both and talked the entire time) was a $48000 vehicle! Out of our price range and what we were looking for and moved not at all on the price and didn't seem concerned whether he had helped or not. After two more dealerships we purchased that same day from Triple 7 Chrysler with the most amazing sales person ever. He threw us the keys said go for an hour or so and let me know what you think. We ended up purchasing higher priced then planned and couldn't rave enough about the service received. Treated us like he wanted to make a sale not that we should be thankful for them showing us vehicles!! More
