Today, february 19, I took my 2016 Jeep Trailhawk to Dodge Chrysler at 2500 Palladium Drive. The service adviser was amazing. He greated me like I was the most important person at his counter. I arrive Dodge Chrysler at 2500 Palladium Drive. The service adviser was amazing. He greated me like I was the most important person at his counter. I arrived really early due to snow falling. I was coming in from Orleans. I said " I know I'm early, I'll come back for my 11:15. I just wanted to make sure of where to drive up for the Oil change" He ( i think his name was Ryan) said "no need. Bring your car around. We will get you set up" At the end of the oil change. I have a few questions. He answered them all with percision, accuracy and again, making me feel like I mattered. Before leaving , I asked him how he has been over the past 2 years dealing with the pendemic? " his reply. " I feel blessed" Bravo to the service department.
