It had emptied ALL of its oil and since the plug blew off, it was also ALL over the engine etc. Nick kept us posted every step of the way on any damage and the spent a ton of time making sure every little corner had been cleaned properly so there would be no residual smell. Nick went above and beyond when explaining what happened and documenting extra details as we needed a thorough copy to bring to another business to be reimbursed (all of this was a result of their mistake).
