I had the privilege of dealing with Ryan Rodney for my 2017 Dodge Journey's last service. I had booked the appointment to have my winter tires put on and a noise in the front-end looked at. I have had great service from Capital Dodge for many years, but Ryan exceeded my expectations. He dealt with my frustrations in a kind and professional way. He sought advice from others when he thought necessary. He did NOT dismiss my account of the noise when not immediately apparent to the technicians. Ryan's willingness to seek the advice of others increased my confidence in Capital Dodge. I appreciate that he took the time to update me about what was going on with my vehicle. Mostly, I appreciate that Ryan did not speak to me like I had no idea about what was going on with my car. I run into that so often. It is very refreshing and re-assuring that there are CSRs out there that are patient, respectful, understanding and appreciative of a customer's concerns and knowledge. Thank you Ryan! More
