New purchase I recently was looking to purchase a new truck. In the past I had great experience buying my dodge charger here. My sales person was very helpful however the sales manager was another story. I did not like the high pressure sales tactic that was used. My questions were not answered and did not feel like a valued customer. I bought my new 2012 dodge ram 1500 from a competitor dealership (not even a dodge dealership)and absolutely loved the new car experience I was treated with. Capital Dodge will have to work to get my confidence back if they wish to get my respect back and service my vehicle. Warranty work /oil change / winter tires / brakes I have had to have ALOT of warranty work done on this car over the years (being a first model year, this is somewhat expected). Andréanne is the jewel of this dealership! I had purchased a vanity license plate "ABARTC" long before I purchased the Fiat Abarth. When I was ready to buy I walked into a few Fiat dealerships I had purchased a vanity license plate "ABARTC" long before I purchased the Fiat Abarth. When I was ready to buy I walked into a few Fiat dealerships and asked "I have this plate and need a car to go with it". Believe it or not, I ended up walking out of two dealers because they just sat their puzzled until I walked into Capital Fiat and was greeted by Andréanne. She immediately smiled and showed me a white one. That was the color of my choice and I had brought a CD with Scorpion graphics that I wanted on the front bonnet, trunk and a small one on the white dash. I was very particular to the size, location and rotational angle. Andréanne took care of every detail no matter how small and my purchasing experience was made so much more special because of her efforts. For the record, Andréanne knows more about Fiats than anyone else I have met in Canada. We talked about the history, heritage, performance, style and of course the amazing growl of the Abarth. I drove across Ottawa from Cornwall, Ontario (1.3 Hours) just to deal with her at Capital Fiat. If you plan to buy a Fiat, definitely spend some time with Andréanne... My only wish is that she was also a mechanic so she could care for my car as well! More

So after reading all of them I was more confused than before I started. I wanted to jack up the car to clean behind the mag wheels, wheel wells and underneath the car. So I purchased a jack and stands and called Kyle for help. He offered his time so I drove down to Capital Dodge to meet with him. He was dressed in a dress shirt (white) and tie but did not hesitate to jump down on his belly to look underneath and provide me with all the instructions I needed to safely jack up my Abarth without damaging the side panels. Quite frankly, if I was in my dress shirt and tie, you would have to be one special person to get me on the dirty ground like that. So this goes to show you how special you are when dealing with Kyle McColl, Service Manager! Last year Kyle spent a half hour explaining to me the best way to store my car for the winter addressing tires and so on. More

She optimizes the brand both in personal aura and knowledge. She makes you feel the passion of the Italian car experience. No amount of money or training can instill that into a brand representative. Matt reminds me of the great soccer player of old, Platini - a play maker who seems to float through the dealership and ensure all is in good order. The entire service team are wonderful - cheerful, courteous and kind - and that emanates from the service manager who is a wonderful fellow. Of course it all starts from the very top and trickles through the organization. Thank you Mr. Durrell - you are a gentleman! More
