Beware of Service Department I made an appointment to bring in my vehicle for some recall work and to check the engine light and dropped it off the night before. They mentioned t I made an appointment to bring in my vehicle for some recall work and to check the engine light and dropped it off the night before. They mentioned they could probably start to take a look at it that night and give us a call. Never heard anything by 11am the next day so had to call to check in to see what work needed to get done, the vehicle had yet to be looked at. I stressed the importance of needing my vehicle back that evening. Was told it shouldn't be a problem, they work until 8pm. I had to call back again later in the day for an update since I never heard anything. They had to order a sensor due to the engine light and it wouldn't be in until the next day, and they recommended a power steering inspection since it was loud, I consented. I inquired about getting a loaned vehicle from them since it will be staying another night, they don't offer such service. Next day I had to call again to see what the results were, official inspection hasn't been done yet, and they said they noticed a lot of other leaks, they would do a more thorough inspection and hold of on installing the sensor until we knew all the work needing to get done. Didn't hear anything until the next morning, lots of work totalling around $2000 needed to get done. I called my regular mechanic to get a quote on what all the work would cost at their shop, the total was almost half, so I said I would just come pick up my vehicle. They said they wouldn't recommending driving it off the lot, but said the recall work was done so I can come get it if that's what I want. I got there, and the recall work was not done! They said it was too corroded to do the work. I accept that, no problem, but should they not have known this on day 1!? Not day 3!? Completely unacceptable. My vehicle was there 3 days and zero work was done on it, only inspections. Completely unacceptable seeing as how I had an appointment, it's not like I just dropped it off to see when they could fit it in. Very poor communication, I always had to call to see what was going on. (Employee was very nice and professional otherwise.) When I brought my vehicle to my regular busy mechanic, they looked at all the problems right away and said only one of the recommended services really needed be done at this time... total $400, and they could do it next day. Now THAT's service. I would never recommend this dealership and would never go back, I will drive the extra distance to find better service, price, and honesty. More

I don't like buying cars beacuse of the the games and sad puppy faces when you negoitiate. Never happened with John and I"m very happy with my puchase and the complete sales experience.
