I was transferred to Shannon Duncan who was totally awesome to deal with. I went in sort of unprepared and she was super patient and really took the time to work through things. Her hard work paid off as we ended up buying a really nice Ram Sport edition that we will be picking up tonight. Good work Shannon! Now the pressure is on the service team to perform as well ! Andréanne, our sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable and genuine. She came in on her day off to meet with us on our return visit to purchase. Quite frankly, she is amazing! The entire purchase process was extremely well coordinated and the business manager quickly set everything up for us to finalize our purchase. On Friday we picked up our new car and felt that the staff went that extra mile to make us feel special and include our 8 year old son in the deal. We plan to buy a Dodge Ram in the near future and know we will be in good hands at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More

These two guys made this decision very easy. I got what I wanted, a great price and at my terms it took me about 4 weeks to really decided and they were there to help the whole way. I would like to thank them both for an amazing experience and I'm Sure to go back and I recommend everyone to speak to one of these two. I'm very slow in "pulling the trigger" but they are always there. If you want an easy going laid back experience ask for Jamie C or Mike L you won't regret it one bit!! More
