Awesome service Monday I brought my 2015 caravan in for an oil change. I mentioned that for the third time, first time to Brent that my vans suspension was very ruff Monday I brought my 2015 caravan in for an oil change. I mentioned that for the third time, first time to Brent that my vans suspension was very ruff. He had one of the technisions take it for a drive. They replaced some parts and is running much smoother. Also weather striping that I had mentioned in the past and was told was normal (and wasn't) replaced! Poor Sevivce My Wife and I have been loyal customers at Capital Dodge for our last two vehicles. Our 2012 Jeep Compass needed new brakes all around so we had them My Wife and I have been loyal customers at Capital Dodge for our last two vehicles. Our 2012 Jeep Compass needed new brakes all around so we had them done at a cost of over 1,200.00 dollars. After leaving the dealership I got home and they were squealing so I called made an appointment and took the Jeep back not ounce but four times having to use two days of my holidays from work and they still couldn't fix the problem. I will be taking our Jeep to another garage to get the brakes fixed properly at my cost again and instead of trading in my Jeep for a Dodge Ram 1500 I will be trading it in on a Ford F-150. Bad service I bought a jeep wrangler 2016 . After they receive my money, I inspect the jeep. Found a lot of scrachess, chips on the back door and the windshield w I bought a jeep wrangler 2016 . After they receive my money, I inspect the jeep. Found a lot of scrachess, chips on the back door and the windshield was crack. Over one month after I finally receive my jeep but during that time they phoned 3 time saying the jeep was ready and when I got there , the scrachess were still there. The 3rd. Time they phoned to tell me the jeep is ready, I ask if all the scrachess were fix and that they were no extra scrachess , they answer it is fix. When I arrive after one hour drive . I was told they did not inspect the jeep, wow. I do a walk around, they were still scrachess and chip. When I pick up my jeep after over a month in the shop, I said I should be getting something for what I went thrue. I left the dealer with nothing and I was told that I went to the extreme about the scrachess. Who ever reads this, I would go to another dealer even if you have to drive a little farther. I will never deal with them again. Just look at the other review about there service, you will understand. More
