We weren't "attacked" as soon as we walked on the lot, but had time to look around on our own and were easily able to find assistance when we needed it. Shannon looked after us and was great at asking us questions. We had a vehicle and options already in mind and we didn't feel like she was pushing us for extras that we didn't want. She had excellent product knowledge, answered all of our questions and made sensible, realistic suggestions about pricing and financing. She even had great questions to ask during the test drive and it was a nice mix of her showing us features and just letting us drive. Even though he was not helping us directly, Josh checked in with us several times, especially when he noticed that I had gone off separately with our daughter to give her some time in the play area (a great feature of the dealership, by the way.) Everyone was very friendly, they made us aware of all the available discounts and promotions (bonus, we won a tablet in their Christmas in July promo) and we were able to negotiate for a few of the extras not included in the package we had selected. Besides not having our top colour choice (not really a big deal) we had an excellent experience and are very happy with our new vehicle. More
