Once I've got the truck dropped off with service I am told I have no reservation for a rental vehicle. Luckily they rental lady had one that just came in. When I dropped my vehicle off. I specifically asked for a synthetic oil change. I have only run synthetic in my truck. After my truck is finally done at 4pm which is a little rediculous if you ask me. I read over my bills to find that I have gotten a conventional oil change. I asked the service advisor who I dealt with. Brent I believe? He told me that I guess I will have to bring it in at 5k instead of 10k now. I wasn't very impressed with that. I do know oils have come a long way in years. But there's reasons as to why I pay for the synthetic oil changes. Also I find it ironic when I come in for an 85pt inspection and as I'm at the lights a km away my belt/pulleys start squeaking. They have tried to fix this before. SEVERAL times. I take care of my equipment as I pay for quality. But when I have a truck that comes out of service and all I can hear is this squeal. It's quite embarrassing. This is the first time I haven't dealt with ryan Rodney I believe his name is. He has always taken care of me. Needless to say. I won't be returning to capital dodge. More
