I was selling my late brother's van which was complicated by the fact that I live outside of Alberta, and Jenna was simply amazing. She guided me through all of the processes that I had to do, and made ever by the fact that I live outside of Alberta, and Jenna was simply amazing. I’m a long time customer at Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC for service on my 2013 Sierra Slt. I met with Kym when I decided to upgrade into a 2022 Sierra Denali. Kym was great to deal with and so was Khloe in for service on my 2013 Sierra Slt. I met with Kym when I decided to upgrade into a 2022 Sierra Denali. Maxine was very helpful when I had first called about the Jeep. She was very nice and answered all my questions about the Jeep like going into detail where it was serviced and also going over the car fax. Ma Jeep. Maxine had arranged for me to look at 2 different jeeps, when I arrived everything was set up all ready for me to go test driving there was no waiting around everything was ready to go and out front of the dealership. I had tried other dealerships and they didn’t really have time to do that or were rude about it not taking me seriously has a customer who was looking for a new vehicle. I felt that they gave me the Jeep for a very very good price as well as gave me a fair price for my trade in. She was very helpful trying to get the price that I wanted to pay when talking to her sales team. Maxine was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and even gave me her phone number so i can easily contact someone I know at capital Chevy for questions. I feel like I have friends at capital Chevy and I will be bringing my jeep to get it serviced at capital Chevy because the service was so amazing! Thanks Maxine! More

Recently purchased a new 2023 Buck GX and wanted to have a touch up paint on hand. I spoke with Diego Peneiro in PARTS and was advised back-order, he made a VG suggestion to try a parts group that they dea a touch up paint on hand. I spoke with Diego Peneiro in PARTS and was advised back-order, he made a VG suggestion to try a parts group that they deal with did so and they could not help due to the Tri-coat which is suprising as a lot of vehicles are like that. I went back to Capital Chev explained the issue and requested an order be placed, which again strange as it could take a while on back-order. It may be wise when a person purchases a vehicle and looking for touch up paint to at least know that it will be available but not in 6 months. Diego was just first class, I had just left the parts Dep and asked if he could place an order which he gladly did, great news was he called me to advise a customer had returned touch up paint as was the wrong colour and I reuqired it. Diego took the initiative to call me thank you and I now have touch up paint Great job. I hope you get ack., on this Diego. More
