Hi Lonnie, I have reviewed your concern and would like to speak to you if possible. It appears we have different views of what happened and I need some clarification because there are signed contracts where the disclosures you referred to were in fact made to you in writing and initialled. Sorry for the delay, but I have reviewed your complaint now. Chris is extremely upset at the accusations of lying and or misleading you , and is regretful you feel this way--it was certainly not his intention and he feels strongly that he was clear and thorough, even though it seems he wasn't in your view. I also checked the warranty to make sure the dates were all correct, and they were. As Chris has an impeccable and unblemished record here I am going to believe that he didn't do anything on purpose to mislead you. But your perception is your reality and I get that. So in this case I would like to offer you your next three oil changes on the house, and put this behind us and continue to be your dealer of choice. Thanks for looking into but I know exactly what he said and my fiancé was with me also. He said bumper to bumper was till 2020 and oil change - a year was left on it or40,000km I even said oh it’s already at 25,000 km and he said there’s no way I would get to 40,000 within that year so not to worry, also he mentioned how it adds up that year of free oil changes and I would save money if it was going to expire may of 2018 when I got the car March 30 of 2018 he fully would of known I wouldn’t of had a chance to use it so it makes no sense that he would of said that, but it’s fine I should of read over the documents instead of trusting his word.
