He introduced me to people and everyone had smiles on their faces and welcomed me as well. Its almost like I was a star or have been coming here forever. I was also introduced to Shane Maginnis who was the service manager. Shane was very helpful and was happy I choose Budd's and wanted to retain me as a customer. Throughout the entire forty five minute process the Budds' service representative stayed in the car with my mother to ensure a successful outcome. Senior citizens are sometimes taken advantage of when choosing packages of services. The Budd's service representative ensured that the new contract with OnStar contained nothing more than what was needed. This and other experiences with Budds give both my mother and I confidence that she will not be taken advantage of when she takes her car there on her own for service. More
