Best Fit Sales People I recently leased a car from Budd's Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC. I started with a Carcost Canada search. I was contacted Michelle, a very polite and I recently leased a car from Budd's Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC. I started with a Carcost Canada search. I was contacted Michelle, a very polite and engaging sales manager. Basil Silas, my sales representative, made me feel comfortable and welcome as he directed me to the car of my interest. Unfortunately that car did suit my needs so we went through a few more. Eventually, I was asked if I had ever considered getting into a Cadillac. I said no as I assumed it was a vehicle out of my grasp. Strangely enough, we found a Cadillac ATS, 2.0L Turbo, AWD that happened to be on promotion and well within my budget. At Budds', Mr Watt at the parts dept was able to get the correct parts for the car and Mr.Trenn,service adv. and Glen,mechanic, in the service dept. were able to get the parts installed. As I said this may sound simple but with a 46 year old car I have been told that the numbers are outdated (true) ,end of search. Budds' took time to cross reference and source the parts. Often finding someone familiar with working on a car this age can be hit and miss but there seems to be more than one willing and able to do it at this dealership. More
