They have definitely gained a long term customer. We really enjoyed our experience at Budd's Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac. Well worth the drive to Oakville !! It was more than worth the drive for me from Strathroy to Budds Dealership in Oakville to make my purchase. I expressed so I leased a 2014 Cadillac CTS sedan from Budd's. Enjoyed the car. Went to the dealership for service and got talking to Henry Drodge. I do not want to enter into a buying experience where I feel someone is trying to take advantage of me . Bill Coombe not only met my expectations but exceeded them on every count. Bill ensured every detail was taken care of , made sure I was personally introduced to some of the key personnel at Budds' and showed me around the building so I knew the service procedures etc. Bill breaks the mould of a "car salesman" . He is friendly, honest and leaves you feeling like he really cares about you and values your business. Without question a win / win situation and I would recommend Bill Coombe to anyone considering a car or truck purchase. More
