Happy I had a major problem with my vehicle overheating. I went to Budds' with my problem and Juan Orozco my service guy (I really mean my service guy when I had a major problem with my vehicle overheating. I was totally impressed with Juan's manager (Shane) who got directly involved and I even got to talk to my mechanic (Kerry) about my problem.END result -- problem resolved! The Direct Ignition Cassette replacement to fix the engine misfire, etc.). And, the price was fair. Previously I was going to another Saab specialist but now I will be coming to your location because I feel your staff can take good care of my Saab and take time to explain and suggest different options. The waiting area was clean with plenty coffee provided and I noticed I was able to work from there with the free wifi. Lastly, I appreciated the complimentary car, too! Thank you!
