For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. Smooth transaction, very responsive! Cam was great. He responded to my initial email (9:30PM on a weekday), and continued with some back-and-forth over email until well after 10PM. Set Cam was great. A hellish experience I just went through the experience of leasing a new GM truck for my son's business at Budd's GM in Oakville. Although we had a few issues at the star I just went through the experience of leasing a new GM truck for my son's business at Budd's GM in Oakville. Although we had a few issues at the start due to misunderstanding of the available options with respect to Fleet vs. non-Fleet designations on in-stock vehicles, all of the issues were eventually resolved and completed to our satisfaction. The dealer manager was extremely helpful in reviewing the issues and resolving them satisfactorily and with this conclusion, I am satisfied to recommend the dealership for its sales service as well as its dedication to customer satisfaction. A note to buyers/leasers, the designation of a vehicle may alter the details and meaning of certain options identified in the brochure. It is best to confirm first hand and visually the option details to avoid confusion and misunderstanding when the vehicle is delivered to you. Well done and thanks to Budd's dealership and it's employees for their help. More
