A Great Experience I am a return customer to the dealership. Despite recently moving out of the city, I returned to have my previous vehicle serviced at the dealership. I am a return customer to the dealership. Despite recently moving out of the city, I returned to have my previous vehicle serviced at the dealership. While at the dealership for service, I inquired about the trade in value of my vehicle. They just happened to have the new vehicle I was looking for. We took it for a test drive and the rest is history. A few days later, I arranged to pick it up during the Easter long weekend. Mike Raposo of the sales staff was amazing, taking the time to explain all of the paperwork answer questions and show us the new features of our vehicle. Tony Leung, the manager even came out to congratulate me on the new vehicle and catch up with me after my last purchase in 2015. It was a great experience and I have nothing but positive things to say about my interactions with London Audi, including Barb and Ken in service. incompetent service #2 I had car examined and held for a whole day to identify leaking exhaust which was clearly visible. After that it took a week to get the parts and anot I had car examined and held for a whole day to identify leaking exhaust which was clearly visible. After that it took a week to get the parts and another week to book an appointment for the fix. The dealer was informed that the car will be needed the same day for the family trip and i was reassured that the car will be fixed that day. On the day of the scheduled appointment half way thru the day i got the call that some of the parts can not be removed and that the car will need to stay in the shop for another day. With the big its not our problem. No loaner and no interest what you will do without the car and how you gone manage your family trip. Complete bust and ignorance. If you know you may run into issues do your checks first before taking the car apart and if you are not sure that you can fix it in the given time, maybe you should not have started the job. So for i have not have any good experience with this dealer and every visit comes with some kind of issues. Thank you for complicating my vacations!!!! More
