Happy Campers! We had been planning to purchase a RAV4 Trail at some point before we retired and when my husband's car was written off recently (no one was hurt), it We had been planning to purchase a RAV4 Trail at some point before we retired and when my husband's car was written off recently (no one was hurt), it seemed like the right time. We sent out a request for recommendations on social media, and Gwen Jones at ToyotaTown was recommended by two friends. We searched ToyotaTown's inventory and made an appointment with Gwen. She found a RAV4 Trail that had just arrived and really appealed to us in terms of the esthetics and the features. She answered all of our questions and helped us outfit it so that it would suit our primitive but pampered camping lifestyle. When we arrived to pick up our Trail, all of our add-ons were installed and it looked amazing. Gwen took the time to give us the tour of the shop and our new vehicle to demonstrate all of the features. We really liked her energy, patience and genuineness.
