Dealing with Britt and the RBM team was absolutely amazing. RBM’s purchasing experience was second to none. The entire process was seamless start to finish. He made this buying process a good experience; great communications, a fair trade-in value on our car, addressed minor issue on the car, and have the car detailed when we picked it up. We would recommend this dealership. they did not disclose your rate of interest at the beginning. Only at the time of paying only you will come to know. This is not so convincing. Simply match whatever you get from outside. If possible provide your quotes to customers first, then ask for what they have from outside. More

I found a used vehicle at RBM of Alpharetta. The cars they sell are immaculate. I was impressed at the quality and care that was given to the vehicles they have for resale. They are almost like new. I felt very well taken care of even though I wasn't looking to buy a new Mercedes. When the time came to purchase, I felt Gwen worked hard to give me the most for my trade and worked with me on the price. I have purchased 4 vehicles over my lifetime at other dealerships and I have always dreaded the process. I can say that this was the least stressful by far, and I enjoyed it. I felt like they cared and could understand my situation. The sales manager Neil Turry was also very personable. Overall, I would highly recommend doing business here. You won't regret it! More
