During the sales process the salesman and a manager told me the 2021 S-580 4Matic that I was considering had the Executive Line option package ... with that in mind, I negotiated the price and bought the ca me the 2021 S-580 4Matic that I was considering had the Executive Line option package ... with that in mind, I negotiated the price and bought the car ... after the sale, I discovered that the car did not have the Executive Line option package, and I talked to both the salesman and the manager about this ... both of them denied this because they either didn't know what an Executive Line option package was, or weren't aware that a 2021 S-580 had that option available ... I didn't expect this 'heads in the sand' response from Mercedes ... end result is there has been no resolution of this obvious error of product representation. Would I go back to RBM of Alpharetta to buy a car or get service? Probably, but right now they deserve a 1-star for how thay have handled this situation. More

I was in dire need to get a special car and had been to other dealers but to no avail until I gave a trial to RBM Alpharetta. I received a warm welcome and was introduced to Bill Favini. He was the best other dealers but to no avail until I gave a trial to RBM Alpharetta. I received a warm welcome and was introduced to Bill Favini. He was the best sales person you could ask for. Bill was very patient with me in making my choice based on what my idea was. He went through the inventory with me, helped me select the car i wanted and we built it together. I loved every bit of the process as he made it seamless. Lisa was the finance person and yes, she did walk us through the financing process as well and made it an easy quick process. She also got us the best deal. Thank you to Bill and Lisa. Highly recommended More
