Our sales specialist, Lori Mohr, is knowledgeable, personable and did an amazing job educating us on the brand and it's lineup, as we had been BMW owners previously. We ended up building a GLE 450 for our travel car and could not be more pleased with the purchase, so much so, that we are looking to now purchase another Mercedes from Lori and the dealership as a "runabout town" car in the near future. Mercedes has a reputation of the highest standard and RBM of Alpharetta and Lori Mohr reflect those standards beyond reproach. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we understood the allure of the Mercedes name, based on its product, but even more so on the highest standards of their employee's dedication to excellence. When I had a concern the general manager stepped in and personally worked with me to assure my satisfaction and future business. This is my second Mercedes but first experience with RBM and Lori and I will be referring to all I know in the market for a car. RBM and Lori took the time after the sale to go over every feature bumper to bumper and have since followed up several times to ensure I am in love with my car and satisfied with my purchase. When I added up my excellent sales experience with Lori Mohr and Rachel Collins, and my excellent service experience with Steve Byrd, the decision to get another Mercedes was easy. Lori took the time to demonstrate all the vehicles with no pressure, and I found the perfect vehicle (E 350 4 Matic). It was not all about a car. I felt comfortable with RBM, and the total Mercedes experience was the difference maker. RBM and its employees all "get it." They are a quality dealership every step of the way. More
