I found a used vehicle at RBM of Alpharetta. The cars they sell are immaculate. I was impressed at the quality and care that was given to the vehicles they have for resale. They are almost like new. I felt very well taken care of even though I wasn't looking to buy a new Mercedes. When the time came to purchase, I felt Gwen worked hard to give me the most for my trade and worked with me on the price. I have purchased 4 vehicles over my lifetime at other dealerships and I have always dreaded the process. I can say that this was the least stressful by far, and I enjoyed it. I felt like they cared and could understand my situation. The sales manager Neil Turry was also very personable. Overall, I would highly recommend doing business here. You won't regret it! More

In my life I have purchased over 50 different vehicles. I have had a lot of experiences both good and bad. I’ve never had an experience like the one at RBM this week. From my initial contact with Kyle Edso I have had a lot of experiences both good and bad. I’ve never had an experience like the one at RBM this week. From my initial contact with Kyle Edson, to being warmly greeted at the door by Miss Mary, to my actual sales experience with Vadim Russu and not forgetting my EXCEPTIONAL finance office experience. I have never been treated so well, with so much respect and genuine caring as I was at RBM. I cannot sing their praises enough.
