In my life I have purchased over 50 different vehicles. I have had a lot of experiences both good and bad. I’ve never had an experience like the one at RBM this week. From my initial contact with Kyle Edson, to being warmly greeted at the door by Miss Mary, to my actual sales experience with Vadim Russu and not forgetting my EXCEPTIONAL finance office experience. I have never been treated so well, with so much respect and genuine caring as I was at RBM. I cannot sing their praises enough. I can say without a doubt that this will not be the last time I give them my business. Again, major props to this crew for restoring my faith in making a vehicle purchase and for being great people.
