Words can't express how pleased we are with our experience with RBM of Alpharetta! We went into the dealership knowing of their outstanding reputation, but still were impressed above the praises we experience with RBM of Alpharetta! We went into the dealership knowing of their outstanding reputation, but still were impressed above the praises we'd already heard. Our sales specialist, Lori Mohr, is knowledgeable, personable and did an amazing job educating us on the brand and it's lineup, as we had been BMW owners previously. We ended up building a GLE 450 for our travel car and could not be more pleased with the purchase, so much so, that we are looking to now purchase another Mercedes from Lori and the dealership as a "runabout town" car in the near future. Mercedes has a reputation of the highest standard and RBM of Alpharetta and Lori Mohr reflect those standards beyond reproach. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we understood the allure of the Mercedes name, based on its product, but even more so on the highest standards of their employee's dedication to excellence. I CANNOT BE MORE PLEASED IN THE WAY THE DEALERSHIP - RBM OF ALPHARETTA, DAN BERRY, NEAL (SALES MGR), AND ROBERTO (FINANCE SPECIALIST) TREATED ME. ALL PARTIES KNOW HOW ANXIOUS I WAS TO GET INTO THE SL63 THE OF ALPHARETTA, DAN BERRY, NEAL (SALES MGR), AND ROBERTO (FINANCE SPECIALIST) TREATED ME. ALL PARTIES KNOW HOW ANXIOUS I WAS TO GET INTO THE SL63 THEY HAD ON THE SHOWROOM - THEY GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL, AND GOT THE FINANCING LINED UP TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. THIS IS THE 2nd AMG VEHICLE I'VE BOUGHT FROM RBM IN AS MANY MONTHS (OCTOBER 2023). AGAIN, I WAS TREATED "TOP SHELF". CAN SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE GUYS. More

I was treated like royalty buying my Mercedes. Lori Mohr went above and beyond, answered all my questions, and was honest and transparent on every aspect of the transaction. When I had a concern Lori Mohr went above and beyond, answered all my questions, and was honest and transparent on every aspect of the transaction. When I had a concern the general manager stepped in and personally worked with me to assure my satisfaction and future business. This is my second Mercedes but first experience with RBM and Lori and I will be referring to all I know in the market for a car. RBM and Lori took the time after the sale to go over every feature bumper to bumper and have since followed up several times to ensure I am in love with my car and satisfied with my purchase. Hands down the best car experience in my 35 years of car purchases. Thanks again RBM! More
