Simply Awesome! I live in Birmingham Alabama and saw a vehicle at RBM of Alpharetta that I was interested in online. I left a message of interest on their company website. I received a return call from Neil Turry promptly the next morning. After a little discussion and exchange of info I felt so comfortable with Neil that we agreed to a deal over the phone. Neil personally inspected the vehicle and assured me it was flawless. His attention to detail and professionalism set my mind at ease. Upon arrival at the dealership the GLK350 was just as Neil had promised and spotless. The dealership also provided a tank of gas and my first 2 services free of charge. I would recommend both Neil and RBM with my most sincere and highest recommendation. Lisa in the finance dept. and Pamela were equally impressive. Just a great overall experience. More

Excellent Buying Experience with Neil Turry I started browsing for cars in late November. I met Neil Turry and he answered all of my questions about the MB E350 and we test drove 2 cars- a dies I started browsing for cars in late November. I met Neil Turry and he answered all of my questions about the MB E350 and we test drove 2 cars- a diesel and a gas model. I had fully decided on an E350 in January, and I contacted Neil again. We talked through exactly what I was looking for, I explained to him my preferences. Neil got to know me and fully understood what I was looking for. I told him I was patient and he assured me he would find the car that I wanted. Within 2 weeks, Neil had a trade (which he had seen) which he thought would both meet my needs and "nice to haves." I placed my trust in Neil and committed to buy this car sight unseen, before it even arrived at the dealership for the trade. The car was magnificent- a 2012 E350 with less than 10,000 miles on it. It was loaded with extras and he gave me a very competitive, no-hassle price. The communication throughout the pre-sale process and post-sale process has been excellent. I would buy from Neil again. More

I worked with Neil Turry who I found very easy to talk to and very good at explaining the automobiles features as well as moving the process along at a nice pace. My experience was such that I decided to purchase the car that day as opposed making several trips to the dealership. Neil was very professional and easy to work with. Overall, I feel that it would hard to beat the used car deal I recieved on the C250 at any other dealership in town. Glad to be a member of the RBM family. More

Just looking! My wife and I decided to begin "looking" at convertible options and since we have traditionally purchased BMW's the search began with two other dealer My wife and I decided to begin "looking" at convertible options and since we have traditionally purchased BMW's the search began with two other dealerships but were unimpressed with available inventory. We decided to drive from Dacula to Alpharetta and sneak in to view one of the E Series convertibles. We took it for a test drive and liked it but planned to wait until we had more time to evaluate options. THEN we met or salesman Neil Turry! He immediately said all the right things and directed us to focus on the features, especially the safety features that make this car stand out from the competition. He REALLY knew this car and the competition (which he never spoke against). I re-emphasized that we were "just looking" and with no pressure he asked if it would be ok for him to take us on another test drive to show us some of the features he had discussed. Once educated and in the car the second time was the charm and it became apparent that the best decision we could make would be to buy the car that day. Should I say...Happy Wife, Happy Life! Once we agreed to purchase the great service continued including the sales manager, assistants and finance department. A true 5-Star experience from start to finish with no pressure at any time. I would recommend Neil and RBM of Alpharetta to anyone interested in purchasing a car. More
