He was knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant to work with. He followed up on all my requests for additional information regarding the car and the sales process. He truly stayed on top of everything and the level of customer care was unparalleled from the moment I walked through the doors. It just so happens that I purchased my car on my birthday. Vadim was thoughtful enough to provide candles and a cupcake to help me celebrate the occasion. This was not something he had to do as our deal was complete. However, it sure made my day that he went the extra mile. I definitely recommend Vadim Russu and RBM of Alpharetta for the best car buying experience! More

Kagan Scott to me is a super salesman. I mean he's the kind of person who listens and articulates himself in a way that made me relax and I felt very comfortable. He was not pushy and never ever tried to control the conversation. He's definitely the type of person I would recommend to any of my family and friends. So, RBM Of Alpharetta, hire more people like Kagan Scott! More

Kyle my Sales Associate was phenomenal, very personable and easy to work with. Kyle knew his MB history (very impressive) and provided clear advice on my selection. I am extremely pleased with the way he conducted business, he represented himself and his organization very well. Mary the Customer Service Associate was very courtesy and welcoming. Last - Lisa the finance manager was absolutely a joy to work with. (I am use to grumpy finance folks, and she was the total opposite of grumpy). I will wholeheartedly recommend anyone in the market shopping for a MB to visit RBM Alpharetta, top notch cars and first class service.
