David Hill in finance got me the extended service plan I wanted. Mr. MM Hall, the finance manager, and Mr. Joshua Fichter, the general manager, both contacted me personally to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. This is a great management team with full transparency and a true desire to treat me as a valued customer. We have received amazing service form Alfred. Alfred takes your needs into account as you shop for the car. His communication skills are topnotch. His ability to have the very best interest of Alfred takes your needs into account as you shop for the car. His communication skills are topnotch. His ability to have the very best interest of his clients is everything that we needed. He is kind and understanding. With the scorching sun he made sure we had water to drink and our daughter was given ice cream and snacks. I know its might seem simple but its in the small things that are the big things. Its a plus that Alfred speaks French and Swahili. It was a blessing to have meet someone who understood us cross the language barrier.
