Once again you guys came through with what we wanted. Out of the last 7 Fords we have purchased the last four have been from your dealership and we will be back again for all the others we might purchase Out of the last 7 Fords we have purchased the last four have been from your dealership and we will be back again for all the others we might purchase in the future. From first contact through the final efforts, Lee Clanton was everything a salesman should be and nothing less than wonderful to us. We came to the dealership after having a less than stellar experience at another Ford dealer closer to our home. Lee's no nonsense, very transparent approach to helping us find a vehicle and showing us the payment options every possible way on each vehicle we felt might work for us was amazing and much appreciated. We came away from the experience feeling we may have had the best car sales experience of our life! We feel we got the right car for our needs and at the best price available in the market. Thanks Lee and Five Star Ford! You have worked hard and earned our business and our praise! More

Found the truck on line, then checked it out briefly at the dealer ship. The truck was to be for my wife. Talked to Terry Rich and set a time up for her to see and drive. She came home and was in love with it, called Terry Rich and told him we would take it. Went back in and did the deal.We got better than average finance rate,and service was impecable.Took the truck home and stated getting familar with it in detail. (Rick had already went over all the major compponets earler) Always enjoy playing with a new truck/car. Found a couple of minor issues, but now remember this is a used truck,so was no big deal,but I called Terry and mentioned them to him. The following experience is truley ammazing, we were treated like we were personel friends of Mr Pack. It's not that a mistake or an item is overlooked,it's how you deal with it. The folks at this delarship deserve every one of those stars, and that includes MM Ross,Mike Asher,and Rick Dike. Last but not least the car guy who gave me Terrys name, and the one person who works in the service department that helped me out with some history on my mustang that was serviced at there shop even though I bought it at another dealer. Sorry don't remember his name,but he did play a significant part in my ending up at five star ford. THANKS GUY'S! More

My wife and I have purchased 13 new cars from 5 Star. Simply the best team around...bar none. Sales, Service, everything! I have referred people to 5 Star based on our experiences. I had started looking for a new vehicle and I searched the internet for an Internet Ad, looking for the best deal possible due to the fact that I was upside down on my current vehicle. I contacted the I the internet for an Internet Ad, looking for the best deal possible due to the fact that I was upside down on my current vehicle. I contacted the Internet dept. at 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills and was fortunate enough to get Josh Ingram on the phone. I told him of the vehicle that I was interested in and he checked on it for me. It was being test driven at the time but my husband and I decided to go to the dealership and look around anyway. When we arrived we looked around and called Josh to let him know that we were there, he immediately greeted us and took better care of us than we have ever received at any dealership and that is saying alot. He kept our payment the same as the old loan we had with better perks than the old loan, he was able to get the credit we needed beating our Credit Union and we didn't have to have a down payment (remember we were upside down by quite a bit). I can't say enough about how devoted he is to his customers!!!!!! M M Ross is the Finance Manager and I have worked with him many times on past purchases, he and his employee Michael Asher made the financial part of this transaction painless. I absolutely dread this part of buying a vehicle and I have NEVER been in and out of a dealership with such ease. All sales were made before I entered the finance area and the payments were exactally as told they would be...no unexpected surprises, no pressure sales, just a great experience altogether. More

Jason had sold me without even stepping foot on the dealership lot. I had been to two other dealers prior to Five Star, and walked away feeling helpless. With just one call and a last hope to lower my dealership lot. I had been to two other dealers prior to Five Star, and walked away feeling helpless. With just one call and a last hope to lower my car payment and gasoline bill, Jason renewed my hope. I explained to him how upside down I was in my current vehicle and I did not have any money to put down on a new car. Jason took a few minutes and thought of ways to help me. He suggested I check if my current vehicle had any warranties or GAP insurance I could cancel to get a refund to use as a down payment. This never crossed my mind! The next morning, I met Jason in the showroom. We talked a bit about my situation and then he introduced me to Jeff. They both sat down with me to see what we could figure out. I truly felt they were genuine, in finding a way to help me. I was also introduced to Mr. Ross, a wonderful finance director that again, took time to see what was in my best interest, financially and in a vehicle. Finally, I was able to sit down with Kenny to sign the paperwork on my new Ford Focus! Each one of these gentlemen, went above and beyond and helped me out of a very desperate situation. I could not ask for a better experience and I hold these guys in high regard. Way to go Five Star Ford! More

I would have to say this was one of the most pleasant I would have to say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had when purchasing a new car. I had a crew taking care of me. Rick, Anthony I would have to say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had when purchasing a new car. I had a crew taking care of me. Rick, Anthony and MM Ross were all very nice, respectful and honest group I have worked with. Rick was kind, honest, prompt and all around enjoyable to interact with. I did a lot of my numbers with Rick through the phone so when I went in everything was ready to go and we had no "changes" in the numbers that I was originally quoted over the phone. Being able to do it over the phone really saved ALOT of time for us being that we have a 2 year old that would of been running the showroom floor if we wouldn’t of been able to do a lot of it over the phone. The finance guy Anthony was also a joy to work with. We have never purchased a car with Five Star Ford but from the experience we encounter we will never buy a car without you and your team. The finance guy was very informative and made sure i understood everything before I signed on any dotted line. There was the finance director MM Ross that also helped make this deal happen and he was like lightening. He was on the phone, keying numbers and gave me the answers I wanted and needed. I never ONCE felt like I wasn’t been kept in the loop on the whole process. Where most car dealers have you sit in a room and they are all holed up in a office talking about you and the numbers. I was in all three of the individuals offices while the process was happening. With all of that said again I would like to commend all three of your team members that i got the pleasure to work with. We will be seeing you all again soon when we get ready to buy me a new car!! More
