I was greeted by multiple sales associates upon walking in, walked to the front and when my sales associate wasn’t available due to being with another client, they quickly paired me with someone to work with immediately. I communicated what was needed from a per month payment perspective with a trade factored in, and they all made the deal happen. I want to specifically thank Justin A. Preston A., Koby, and David M. for all making today as smooth and as seamless as possible. I will always think of Five Star Ford - NRH for my car buying needs. Carlos Hernandez was great with working with me to trade in my vehicle. This was actually my second time working with him and both experiences were great! I really liked his communication through the process and the knowledge he showed. The great experience continued went I went to Finance and sat down with Chris Lewis. That was an easy visit. Chris had everything ready and what I liked on paper, just had to sign. Both my experiences have been excellent with this dealership and with Carlos. I was in and out in around 2 hours. I will be back for future purchases. More

I had been talking to Bruce Eversole so I reached out to him yesterday but didn't day I planned on buying a car but your team made it happen for me. I had been talking to Bruce Eversole so I reached out to him yesterday but didn't realize he was not there. Bruce went ahead and sent me the link for the credit app so I went ahead and filled it out. Bruce reached out to Bobbie Bell to assist me. Not 10mins after submitting the credit app at home Bobbie was calling me. I had already found the Chevy Trax. I told Bobbie I could be there Monday but I instead decided to yesterday. I live in Decatur so I live 45mins away. About 10mins of arriving Bobbie called me and I was like I'm 10mins out and he said well I was just going to let you know you're already approved for the car. That was the best news ever. Your team is by far the best and made the car buying experience smooth yesterday. I want to also thank MM Ross your financial officer that made it happen under the circumstances that was presented to them. I also look forward to having my car delivered by Bruce and Bobbie tomorrow. Thank you Five Star Ford. As we walked into Five Star Ford in N. Richland Hills, Texas, MM Ross greeted my wife and I and asked us how he could be of service. I told MM that I was looking to trade in my used Ram 15 Richland Hills, Texas, MM Ross greeted my wife and I and asked us how he could be of service. I told MM that I was looking to trade in my used Ram 1500 Truck for a New 2023 Ford F-150 Supercrew model. He told us that he would get Joad Mejia to help us and within a few seconds Joad approached and warmly greeted us. We are both satisfied beyond our expectations with Joad's extremely obligating service. He listened well, answered every question I asked, and made sure that our desired model was found quickly and took our trade-in model to be evaluated and appraised. Our vehicle was given the maximum amount that I had estimated it was valued at based on several online used vehicle estimator programs I used. In less than an hour we had test driven the truck we eventually purchased. Joad's professional demeanor and customer service approach was very refreshing and if I were judging him on a scale between 1 and 10, he earned a well-deserving 10. Joad introduced my wife and me to Sam O'Reggio to discuss some vehicle options that I was considering. Sam too was very courteous, knowledgeable, completely down-to-earth friendly and was able to answer the questions I asked and provided the out-of-pocket expense for the options added to the package. Finally, we met Kyle Crowley for the Financing arrangements to complete our purchase. Kyle was efficient, friendly, and made this final transaction in the purchase process of our vehicle run smoothly. The entire Five Star Ford Team was excellent. The options installed on our vehicle were completed the afternoon of our purchase, and we received a New Ford F-150 4 x 2 Supercrew Truck with a full tank of gas, clean and washed. We couldn't be happier with the treatment we were given. Thank you, Joad, and everyone else that I mentioned in this review. More

We even ran into our old leasing manager, Justin Allerheiligen, who was our old leasing manager that was promoted to new vehicle sales manager several years ago. He even came out to speak to us and congratulate us on the new lease. More
