Joad was great to work with & really listened & understood to what my needs were. I appreciated that he is not a pushy salesperson, at all. My trade-in was being serviced, so it wasn't ready to del understood to what my needs were. I appreciated that he is not a pushy salesperson, at all. My trade-in was being serviced, so it wasn't ready to deliver to the dealership until 2 days after the sale, along with my down payment. That wasn't an issue at all for Joad and the finance team.
