I was in the market for a particular pre-owned Ford F-150 with specific features. Over a few months, I dealt with several youthful, over exuberant salesmen at a couple different dealerships. The picture they painted of the trucks they advertised varied greatly from what I found. That said, I researched the sales staff at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills because it’s minutes from our house. I found Alfred El-Darazi and saw that he was the highest rated salesman at Five Star and I could tell from his photo that he had plenty of experience. I emailed Alfred on Saturday and gave him the list of what I was looking for. Moments later, Alfred called me and said he had the truck I was looking for. 15 minutes later, I was shaking hands with Alfred and headed for a test drive. The truck he had me test drive checked all the boxes but was a little higher priced than I wanted to spend. The pre-owned sales director, Shawn Maples, came over and shaved a bit off the price. Still not sure, I went home and discussed it with my awesome wife who convinced me to buy the truck. The next day was Sunday and I didn’t realize Five Star was closed. I emailed Alfred letting him know that if the truck was still available, I’d buy it. Within an hour, on his day off, Alfred emailed me back and said he’d go in early on Monday and if the truck was available, he’d grab the keys and let me know. Early Monday morning, Alfred called with the news I hoped for. Within a few hours, I took my dream truck home. Not many people enjoy the car buying process but Five Star Ford and its awesome staff made this easy and pleasant. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, go to Five Star Ford. I researched the sales personnel and found Alfred El-Darazi to be highly rated. I emailed Alfred and set up a meeting. I met with Alfred and he took me straight to the truck we’ve been looking for. Alfred went above and beyond and made the usually pain-in-the-butt process of buying a vehicle a pleasurable experience. Even the financing went smooth and quick thanks to Kyle Crowley. I highly recommend Five Star Ford, Alfred El-Darazi and Kyle Crowley and we will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases. More

I am difficult to impress; friends and family will attest to this. Earlier in the week I had bought a Dodge Ram from another dealership and completely returned it due to the fact that it allowed me to lock m to this. Earlier in the week I had bought a Dodge Ram from another dealership and completely returned it due to the fact that it allowed me to lock my one and only key in it. I had been messaging with sales from other dealerships the entire weekend and was honestly about over the whole car shopping experience for the day. I drove in with a list of 5 items I had to have and two completely different vehicle-type buying scenarios. I was sat with John Hilsinger and was not quite sure which one of us was in a worse situation. As a female who was there without my spouse and doing my own financing I wasn’t sure how it would go. I was treated with respect and allowed to control enough of the search that it kept me interested, but not so much that I felt like I was doing all of the work. John was efficient yet open-minded. He acknowledged my concerns and kept them on the fore-front of the options we went through. Thanks to “M.I.T”, financing was not the ultra high pressure/ badgering experience I am used to, and that is where my “I would come back here.” turned into ”I will definitely come back here!’ experience. After the purchase, the smell of cigarette smoke in the pre-owned car was not gone so John and his team did a treatment. Since my daughter had to leave for college quickly thereafter they allowed her to take it to another business and covered the cost. We are now two new fans. Thank you Five Star Ford, and John and David, for making it as painless as possible and demonstrating to my daughter how an organization CAN find the right balance and sell vehicles while treating someone with courtesy and respect. More

New car needed emergently Insurance declared my car total loss at 3pm one afternoon and needed new car immediately. Spoke with friend and manager Shawn Maples.
