My wife and I went to the dealership to look for a replacement truck for our family on Saturday October 28th. We arrived at the dealership and saw a couple of trucks that we wanted to look at. When we walked up to the door the salesman that was standing at the door turn around and left the area. I told my wife let's go the the other side and look at some other trucks. Then we walled back up to the door and it happen again. I told my wife get into he car and let go. The next dealership we went to we bought a brand new truck because of the professionalism that we received from them. Yes it was raining but do you not sale cars and trucks when it is raining. More

I recently purchased a F250 from Five Star Ford from Anthony (Sales), we had an issue with the vehicle and the response from Joshua the GM was amazing. I have bought many new vehicles from Five Star Ford over the last 9 years and I have always got five star treatment, both during and also after the sale when I need service. My salesman Rick xxxx is expedie the last 9 years and I have always got five star treatment, both during and also after the sale when I need service. I reluctantly placed a $500 deposit for an incoming F150 today. The deal was handled by a very professional and courteous salesperson, Armando Calvary. He was further helped by a respectful and decent manager, Michael Huntzinger two days ago. Albeit this, I had a bitter experience with the GM Joshua Fichter and his another new car sales manager, Justin Allerheiligen. Joshua did not bother to return my message from yesterday and I personally went to the dealership today to further negotiate $500 and unexpectedly met with rude and defensive Justin although I was expecting to talk to Michael. He acknowledged receiving my text yesterday, and while discussing further, he made me feel like I was getting the truck from his dealership for "free". He was further abhorrent, rude, and unprofessional contrary to "management" position that requires a much patience, courteousness, and great customer service. The deal may have been good in his eyes but that does not justify being rude to a customer who is onsite. He may have gotten away with his style of behavior and attitude in the past, but not with me! He certainly needs an attitude adjustment and needs to respect his customers and their monies, and further needs to stop acting like as if he is the one paying for his customers vehicles. I know the dealership has many good ratings overall, but I was shocked, discouraged, and disappointed at his attitude. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and never encountered such a disgusting attitude come from a "management" personnel. I advise future customers to ask for a management name first and if he is on duty, then run away from him or the dealership as you don't want to be treated like a number instead of a humble customer who is out there to give a business! I hope upper management or the owner of the business sends a secret shopper to learn his behavior and perhaps consider adjusting it accordingly for future pleasant car buying experience! Finally, I ended up leaving the deposit because their F150 was the earliest arriving unit compared to other dealers availability. More
