Made an appointment for 9:30am to have service done. Oil change, fuel filter, transmission filter and radiator drain and fill. Told Neal I needed the shuttle to take me back to the RV park we were staying change, fuel filter, transmission filter and radiator drain and fill. Told Neal I needed the shuttle to take me back to the RV park we were staying in as this was our only vehicle and we are traveling. No problems so far. At 5pm, I had not heard from Neal, or anyone else. I called and was put through to Neal's voice-mail. Left message. Called back at 5:30 and asked for service. Was told Neal left for the day at 4:30. Asked about my truck. When checked on, I was told that it was in a mechanics bay that had gone home for the night and was as yet untouched and not on a lift. I had now lost an entire day and had nothing done. The quick oil change lane was able to change the oil and fuel filter in about a half hour. They did comp the oil change, which I appreciate. Spoke to the sales manager (only Mgr there at that time) and was assured the GM and/or service mgr would contact me the next day, as he was emailing them with the issue. No response from Neal the service writer, the service Mgr or the General Mgr. I see that there is no care at all given to customers, at least as far as service goes. Please think twice before taking your vehicle here. The lack of communication, care, professionalism, and follow-up is ridiculous. This company obviously does not care about their customers. More

Excellent customer service I bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander from Kal last week. He continually went out of my way to make sure I was happy and felt comfortable with my new pur I bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander from Kal last week. He continually went out of my way to make sure I was happy and felt comfortable with my new purchase. And get this, 2 days after I brought the car home my "low battery" alarm went off on my car for my keyless key. Kal drove out to my location to change my key battery! What a great service! Thanks for the great vehicle! More

She kept all of us frequently informed of the progress of the delivery and sale of the vehicles. She is so enthusiastic and makes everyone feel comfortable with the vehicle purchasing experience. She is a great salesperson and i will definitely refer any prospective customers to her. More

Purchase of new car I purchased a new vehicle at the Apple Auto Groups store in Shakopee, MN. My salesperson, Jen Michel, was an absolutely wonderful person to work with. I purchased a new vehicle at the Apple Auto Groups store in Shakopee, MN. My salesperson, Jen Michel, was an absolutely wonderful person to work with. I was out of town when she received my request and I had my vehicle within less than a week. Jen made the entire experience stress free and fun. She was an excellent trainer of all the technology of my new car. I was so happy that I had her as my salesperson. (I did not even know there were women in car sales. So, good for Ford!!!!!) In fact, I have already given her name to an acquaintance of mine who is looking for a vehicle. I will definitely give her name to anyone who may be looking for a vehicle in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful buying experience. (P.S. Ryan and Kal were great to work with too!!!) More

I work for a Freightliner dealership so I have seen how things are suppose to work and this dealership is far superior than what I am use to. Very impressed with everything from the look of the dealership to the friendly staff, even for a Saturday. It felt like everyone was there for my wife and I, making this a great experience. Kal Booth was also very helpful in selecting my bed cover, getting ordered and scheduled to be put on. I would normally not write a review on anything but I was so impressed with everything. Thanks Jen for making the day go smoothly. More

She offered to even come to the Apple Valley store to look at the trucks we wanted to see if it was easier for us, since we live in Lakeville. Rondakae brought two trucks over to the Shakopee store for us to view and between Rondakae and Joan answered all of our lease questions, which were many since we had never leased a vehicle. We also enjoyed dealing with Kal for the accessory we purchased. He explained it well and was extremely friendly and helpful. Paul Talbot was extremely fair on the price for our trade and we appreciated his honest and friendly disposition. Overall we did not have any pressure, which is something we really appreciate when purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. We recommend buying/leasing a vehicle from the staff at Apple Ford Shakopee More

very poor warranty work I bought my 2013 f150 in August of 2013 new. I bought the protection package from them, that included underbody spray and an interior protection. With I bought my 2013 f150 in August of 2013 new. I bought the protection package from them, that included underbody spray and an interior protection. Within a year the undercoat was already chipping and there was a couple stains on the seats and arm rest. I just brought it in today (I live in Fargo me so it is a 4 hour drive to the dealership). When I got it back I looked and the interior they only shampooed the drivers seat , didn't even look at the rest ( I keep a blanket on my back seat and it was in the same spot it was when I dropped it off). On my under oater coating it didn't even look like they washed the dust off before they resprayed over the defaulty undercoat. Yes they just sprayed over top the undercoat that was peeling off! For over $800 protection plan with a 5 year warranty I expected a lot better product in the first place and I really thought that a "creditable" dealership would take care of their customers better than that.
