Ask for the Frenchman! My wife had totaled her car recently, needless to say we were in the market. we had searched several different dealerships and had come up with a few options we liked. But I gotta say some of the harassing phone calls kept coming in " don't think just buy!" , that's when we strolled into Shakopee Apple Ford, we met Dean AKA The Frenchman, this gentleman was friendly, yet straight to the point. Knowledgable yet didn't spin a bunch of fluff at us. After listening to what my wife's vehicle needs were. He then swiftly put us in front of a Ford escape, it was just right, and so we bought it. in and out with the perfect vehicle for my wife Thanks again Dean. Matt Hudson More

After recovering from a poor customer experience at another local dealer, my wife and I visited Apple Ford in Shakopee to look for a late model used car. We met with our sales consultant, Dean LaFleur another local dealer, my wife and I visited Apple Ford in Shakopee to look for a late model used car. We met with our sales consultant, Dean LaFleur and took a test drive with two cars that we were interested in. Dean took the late afternoon and almost the entire evening to work with us in making a decision to purchase a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. Dean is very easy to work with and has a no pressure approach we which really appreciated. His manager, Paul Talbot also assisted us with the purchase details and we were able to take the car for the weekend and finalize the deal on the following Monday. I usually do not enjoy the process of purchasing a car, but Dean did a great job to make the experience pleasant. We really like the car we purchased and would do business with Dean and Apple Ford of Shakopee again! More

Having been visiting from Colorado, I came to Apple Ford in Shakopee after crashing my car on those icy Minnesota roadways the last day of 2012. Since my old car was a Subaru, I was in the market for anoth in Shakopee after crashing my car on those icy Minnesota roadways the last day of 2012. Since my old car was a Subaru, I was in the market for another, but just checking all options from any and every used car lot. Dean LaFleur greeted my father and me strolling through the dealership's options, and we inquired about Subarus, which Dean promtly went to search the company's database. As luck would have it, a 2008 Subaru Outback was being traded in to their lot at that very moment, and quite the upgrade from my 2002 Legacy. Dean was quick to grab the keys and we took it out on the road, driving much like my old one, and came to an agreement on price once returned. After manager approval and finances were finished, the car was sent through the service department, only to have a laundry list of technical problems: the biggest of worries being the head gasket needed full replacement. Since we were all in haste from the clock winding down the year, Dean went ahead and made it right by having his guys do the full over-haul on the car. Having kept me in the loop and been extremely generous throughout the car-buying experience, I cannot help but give Apple Ford in Shakopee perfect marks and a tremendous amount of thanks and gratitude, especially to Dean LaFleur. Thanks again, Dean - I love my car! More
