Long Day Lori seemed to lack patients with my inspections and questions of the 2012 F150 I bought. We were rushed for both test drives because "somebody is coming to look at it". If she did not know the answers she would get someone who did, which was nice, this was 3 different people. Kal gave us the most info about the truck and accessories that we could use for the truck, while he was talking to us, Lori disappeared...then appeared saying we have to get going on our test drive. I think a 12 minute test drive is not enough time for me to spend 30,000 dollars, that's why we did it twice. I did not like manager Ryans commit about other mechanic's telling you need parts because they want to make money, this is after I wanted to know if anything underneath could get greased, such as the ball joints. (that answer is no). My mechanic does not do that, he explains why if I needed the part or how long the exsiting one will last. Ryan needs to practice smiling. At the end Kal is the one to tell me where the truck is, (they were cleaning it), Lori was gone to meet some people who had an appointment? Kal took us to the truck and again showed us some more features. The runner they arranged to drive my new truck home was very nice. He then drove my trade in back to Apple, I didn't drive it that morning to Apple BECAUSE Lori said to get in soon before someone who had appointment early afternoon for that truck so I did not have time to empty my stuff and tools out of my trade in. More

WARNING I Bought a truck here 3 weeks ago , since than it has broke 3 times and now after there mechanics have fixed this (quote from manger Cole "simple and I Bought a truck here 3 weeks ago , since than it has broke 3 times and now after there mechanics have fixed this (quote from manger Cole "simple and incredibly rare problem") it's broke again same exact issue .... so what I take from this is a learning experience they are obviously not very capable of simple problems so please do not bring them anything complex and make sure it's a "good day" for your problem or they may not be able to help you at all. In fairness I understand you guys don't have "crystal xxxxx" (cole) but this is by far the worst experience I've I had in any merchant/consumer situation I've been in . Going on week 4 without a vehicle thank you service industry eXperts More

A great place to buy a car. I went looking for a specific new Focus car I had found on the Web Site. Jeremy Kromer didn't try to up sell a higher end car. Worked with Jeremy on the truck and with Kal on customizing the Crytpic package. Because I asked them to do a lot of customization, it took a few weeks. I came to Apple Ford needing a new, cheap lease and quick. I called and scheduled an appointment with Kal Booth. He quickly responded to my request, and when I came in later that day, He had already pi quick. I called and scheduled an appointment with Kal Booth. He quickly responded to my request, and when I came in later that day, He had already picked out a car for me which was perfect. Kal was great to work with, and never once pressured me into anything. I do have to add that the car I test drove, was sold right under my nose while I was still completing the paperwork. That car was also the ONLY one of it's kind on the lot!!!!! Never fear, Kal quickly searched for the same model and another lot and had it delivered the next day. I'm much happier with the newer car. I would highly recommend Kal for a sales associate to work with. He made the long boring process of car buying quick and interesting! I will be getting my next car from him! More

I began going to Apple Ford Shakopee when I moved to the town in summer 2011. This was mainly to its service department, to have my 2001 Focus worked on occasionally. I was always pleased with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by their service department. I always knew that I'd probably be getting another Focus, as I'd been quite satisfied with mine during the 10 years I'd owned it. And, because of how AFS's service team had treated me in the past, I pretty much had decided I'd be getting a car there. On Tuesday, 2/5/13, I walked in the front door of the main building and spoke with the first salesperson I saw, who turned out to be Stephen Peters. I explained to him my need of a new car, and that I'd pretty much decided I wanted a Focus. He talked me into getting an SE instead of just the regular base model (thanks, Stephen!), and located one in Rochester at another dealership that came in the color that I wanted. His overall attitude was friendly, knowledgeable, and easily accessible if I had a question or concern. He spent a bit of time with me right after the purchase to show me the key areas of operating the car that I would need to know about, and also set up my phone with the SYNC system, and showed me how to run my Ipod with the audio system. I also ended up taking a min-course with one of the salespersons, Kal Booth, in order to learn more about and how to operate parts of the SYNC system I wasn't initially clear on (the manual for the car doesn't cover it well, but Kal had some handouts, so if you're confused about the new technology that cars come with now, ask Kal about a SYNC session - thanks again to Stephen for recommending it to me). So, not only did I have a great experience with having my used car worked on, I had a good experience with purchasing, too. I give them an 'A' for effort and customer service. More

My husband and I signed up for the Sync Session at Apple Ford Shakopee. When we arrived for our session, we were very pleased to discover that we had a one-on-one trainig with Kal Booth. We especially appre Ford Shakopee. When we arrived for our session, we were very pleased to discover that we had a one-on-one trainig with Kal Booth. We especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere of the session and Kal's helpfulness as he answered our questions. Kal also took time to walk us through various features of Sync in our vehicle and then had us repeat the steps ourselves to confirm we understood. We feel the Sync Sessions are a valuable tool to help customers fully enjoy their new vehicle. Thank you. More
