We were not satisfied with what we felt was a failure to keep us informed about the initial logistics delay in getting a part for replacement under warranty, then a lack of communication in keeping us infor keep us informed about the initial logistics delay in getting a part for replacement under warranty, then a lack of communication in keeping us informed on the day of repair about the progress in making the repair. We were also charged (not just charged, but we believe an excessive amount) for the replacement of a failed battery in our remote on a new Chevy, yet our Ford remotes have not needed a battery change in over ten years of use. More

I’m waiting for a coolant flush and I asked the service advisor. I said did we make sure that the auto mechanic technician removed all the excessive coolant, leftover coolant he saw you most definitely but advisor. I said did we make sure that the auto mechanic technician removed all the excessive coolant, leftover coolant he saw you most definitely but when I got my car back to the service bay, not only did he not check it, but I did so I wanna check it. There was in fat, coolant, residue, and spillage on the top of my Engine area on top of the cooling fans on the fans on top of the radiator around the radiator and around some of the hoses I’m a certified mechanic and I’ve had some issues with your dealership before couple years ago. Oil change you guys nearly had to repaint my car. The mechanic had leaned up against the front bumper with something and it had scarred my front bumper cover. Luckily, I had it 3M wrapped clear wrapped after you guys painted it , so it took a while to get all the imperfections off the front end that was done at your dealership. There was also excessive oil up on top of the engine cover so I trust your dealership overall, our old agency I used to work for the police agency I work for we had a lot of work done with you guys. I’m familiar with service technicians, the level of expertise they have on each type of job , so my car had to go back to service from the service bay so that they could clear off the excessive coolant that was left to believe that’s coolant does not disappear and my car smelled like coolant inside the car and around the car so that was a dead giveaway More

Deplorable customer service. Kept our car for a week and did NOTHING! Cost us over $300 for a rental car with no repair done. Why even make an appointment with a customer if you Kept our car for a week and did NOTHING! Cost us over $300 for a rental car with no repair done. Why even make an appointment with a customer if you have no intention of honoring it at all? No one was helpful in the least on the phone and even lied to us repeatedly about the status of our vehicle. We never even got a loner vehicle. Not even an apology for the terrible and inconsiderate teatment of a long-time customer and it felt like no one at the dealership even cared. Extremely disappointed! More
