We were also charged (not just charged, but we believe an excessive amount) for the replacement of a failed battery in our remote on a new Chevy, yet our Ford remotes have not needed a battery change in over ten years of use. Deplorable customer service. Kept our car for a week and did NOTHING! Cost us over $300 for a rental car with no repair done. Why even make an appointment with a customer if you have no intention of honoring it at all? No one was helpful in the least on the phone and even lied to us repeatedly about the status of our vehicle. We never even got a loner vehicle. Not even an apology for the terrible and inconsiderate teatment of a long-time customer and it felt like no one at the dealership even cared. Extremely disappointed! More
