Misleading I drove out of the way here for the $21.95 oil change. I thought, that’s a great deal to offer loyal customers! 1. The price has gone up to $26.95 I drove out of the way here for the $21.95 oil change. I thought, that’s a great deal to offer loyal customers! 1. The price has gone up to $26.95 2. I went Only to find out a tire rotation isn’t included (so why did it take over an hour to complete?) and they want to charge $20 for that. So it would have been more expensive to have the oil change/tire roation done there AND I had to drive far. And wait. So basically I drove 45min for what I could’ve had done at the corner place for cheaper. Disappointing, and I have been happy with the dealership until this. The moral of the story is so your due diligence and read the fine print. More

Amazing. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I got a 2016 Hyundai Elantra will all the benefits of a brand new car. Chris my dealer was SUPER cool. Understood what I needed & could afford. He got me an even BETTER DEAL than I wanted with the full benefits of a new car. The boys in customer service are very nice also. It turns out my car had a problem. When I took it in to get fixed. Routine service I took my car in with an appointment. The got the car in quick. They didn’t come to me and say this and that needs work, they just did the oil change, I took my car in with an appointment. The got the car in quick.
