My new Santa Cruz is great. Dealership is horrible! My salesman Shane was pleasant. They insisted that I take it home that day and finance man and service department rushed me o Dealership is horrible! My salesman Shane was pleasant. They insisted that I take it home that day and finance man and service department rushed me out leaving off 2 center wheel covers and low pressure tires. The finance man rushed through paperwork and handed me computer thumb drive and went home while overcharging me $522 on tags. First thing Monday morning I drove back 39 miles to the Dealership and while I waited 3 hours for them to fix the things they missed I saw the salesman who directed me to Cathy who saw the mistake and assured me that the $750 tag fee for just a transfer was the mistake and I would get it returned in 10 to 14 days. After 4 weeks I got a check from NRR Hyundi for $1.51. Brought check and conflicting paperwork back and Shane and Cathy assured me I would get the right check soon. Made 5 or 6 calls and another visit then told that Dealership is so big that they have no control of this but that likely it would be applied to my loan balance. Now after 9 weeks they know nothing about this. IT IS A REAL SHAME WHEN A DEALERSHIP GETS SO BIG THAT IT NO LONGER CARES ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS. More

Steve Botting is amazing. So is everyone in finance dept. I had spoken to Steve by phone prior to coming in and he had everything lined up for me by the time I got to the dealership. Everyone was great Delivery was good, Demo ride Was short at low speed through neighborhood of Dealership. On ride home on Hwy 54 I was at 40-60 speeds and upon putting Delivery was good, Demo ride Was short at low speed through neighborhood of Dealership. On ride home on Hwy 54 I was at 40-60 speeds and upon putting brakes on Tucson started Vibrating And felt similar to a flat tire. I immediately contacted Wesley Chapel Hyundai near my home and made a appointment . They were prompt and courteous and told me the Rotors were warped and had to be resurfaced which they did. After leaving the Dealership and talking to friends everyone was surprised that a new Car only 3 hours old that new rotors weren’t installed.as this is a wear and tear item.. I have been dealing with Hyundai for years and this is the first major problem I have encountered. I would appreciate Hyundai USA checking into this and their response. Raymond Baril More
