I purchased 2 Ioniq 5’s from this dealership in 2022 and those transactions were very smooth overall. So far we have had carpeting come off the back of the rear seats, USB ports blown, and now I have a saf those transactions were very smooth overall. So far we have had carpeting come off the back of the rear seats, USB ports blown, and now I have a safety system alert that’s disabling many of the smart features in the car. Would any of this be a deal breaker? Not necessarily it wouldn’t no… So why the 3 star rating? Well, you see the service department is the real issue! They don’t want to do anything but basic maintenance on weekends, so I still don’t have my USB ports fixed, and the safety recalls and safety alerts are treated like routine maintenance. I had a recall scheduled and they cancelled it due to a Hurricane, but did they proactively attempt to reschedule people? Nope! So now I have a real issue and this dealer is 2 miles away, but they will only do diagnostics on weekdays and can’t get me in for more than 3 weeks. So I called Hyundai corporate and all they would do was find em another dealer 20 miles away that would do the diagnostics on a Saturday and even that is 2 weeks away! This is literally the worst service I’ve ever had from an auto manufacturer and I will likely just trade the car for a better brand when this issue is fixed! More

ZER0 stars, you will be lied to by everyone there. That's what a car dealership does. What to keep your job there, you must bring in money. Yes, I was told that by a person who worked at one. My personal ex what a car dealership does. What to keep your job there, you must bring in money. Yes, I was told that by a person who worked at one. My personal experience at this place was there for recall and was told I also needed 1100.00 to 1500.00 of work. Went to two different national automobile repair chains, and was told I was lied to. That work was not needed at all. Speaking to other people in service waiting area was told the same. There for one thing, then rep. Comes to you with list of lies of things your car needs. This place not satisfied with thousands they get from you when way overcharging on sales. Neighbor who unfortunately bought a hyundai needed a part. Hyundai parts 860.00, auto zone 299.00. Don't be a fool. KEEP away from this place. More

Error Corrected I had my routine oil change and check on 11/21/2019. After driving a few miles I had a bad odor of burning oil in the car. When I arrived home there w I had my routine oil change and check on 11/21/2019. After driving a few miles I had a bad odor of burning oil in the car. When I arrived home there was oil spilled on the engine, firewall and everywhere. I called Hyundai service after 7pm and a service Manager Andrew sent someone to my house to take the car and clean the oil and check the car. It was returned the next morning. Outstanding response to the problem and great customer focus. More
