Disappointed after the sale ***UPDATE*** Still no response after more phone calls and messages left. I purchased 2 cars on Black Friday. The actual purchase experience was good, my salesman DJ was very helpful and couldn't have been nicer. Bree from the internet team was actually the reason we drove over from St. Petersburg. We got good deals on the cars, I'm satisfied with the price. The managers we worked with were actually great, not too pushy and really wanted to work with us. The whole process took about 6 hours which is a lot when you arrive at the dealership with the cars already picked out, but it was Black Friday so I'm willing to cut some slack. Service after the sale is why the rating is only 3 stars. I refinanced both cars and have been trying to get a refund on my GAP insurance. I've left 3 messages and nobody from the finance team will call me back. This tells me the dealer only cares about you until they have your money. I'm a loyal Hyundai customer and these are our 7th and 8th Hyundai purchases since 2013. I will continue to be a Hyundai customer but I will go back to the dealership where I purchased the other 6 cars when we are ready to trade again in a couple of years. More

Everyone was great Delivery was good, Demo ride Was short at low speed through neighborhood of Dealership. On ride home on Hwy 54 I was at 40-60 speeds and upon putting Delivery was good, Demo ride Was short at low speed through neighborhood of Dealership. On ride home on Hwy 54 I was at 40-60 speeds and upon putting brakes on Tucson started Vibrating And felt similar to a flat tire. I immediately contacted Wesley Chapel Hyundai near my home and made a appointment . They were prompt and courteous and told me the Rotors were warped and had to be resurfaced which they did. After leaving the Dealership and talking to friends everyone was surprised that a new Car only 3 hours old that new rotors weren’t installed.as this is a wear and tear item.. I have been dealing with Hyundai for years and this is the first major problem I have encountered. I would appreciate Hyundai USA checking into this and their response. Raymond Baril More
