Can't say enough good about him, he was available with all the answers to my questions but more importantly he did not bother me. He just made himself available as needed, PERFECT. The actual purchase experience was good, my salesman DJ was very helpful and couldn't have been nicer. Bree from the internet team was actually the reason we drove over from St. Petersburg. We got good deals on the cars, I'm satisfied with the price. The managers we worked with were actually great, not too pushy and really wanted to work with us. The whole process took about 6 hours which is a lot when you arrive at the dealership with the cars already picked out, but it was Black Friday so I'm willing to cut some slack. Service after the sale is why the rating is only 3 stars. I refinanced both cars and have been trying to get a refund on my GAP insurance. I've left 3 messages and nobody from the finance team will call me back. This tells me the dealer only cares about you until they have your money. I'm a loyal Hyundai customer and these are our 7th and 8th Hyundai purchases since 2013. I will continue to be a Hyundai customer but I will go back to the dealership where I purchased the other 6 cars when we are ready to trade again in a couple of years. More
