Satisfied I wish someone would come out with you to your car, and explain to you what they did and what needs to be done and just to go over and give you a run I wish someone would come out with you to your car, and explain to you what they did and what needs to be done and just to go over and give you a run down. I don’t like that they just hand you your keys and send you on your way. Need to take more time for that personal connection. Also you can’t even call the line to make a appointment for service I never get anyone. I have to actually go in to the dealership and make a appointment. More

Why make appointments? Made an appointment once again for service and still forced to wait over 2hrs for an oil change.
