Just a warranty service Thankfully my dead battery was still under warranty and replaced with no hassle and no money out of pocket. Surprisingly the service department was not quite busy yet at 9 am. However, this department still lacks a welcoming atmosphere when you arrive. I've been coming here for 9 years. More

2 new tires, 600.00 and 3 trips to get it right! Your Service Techs are not experience and dont know when replacing 2 New tires that they should be placed in the front where there is more wear. No one seem to check there work or even care. I will not purchase my 4th SUV here. Need to put CARE AND HONESTY IN YOUR SERVICE DEPT. More

Always excellent I was upset at having my 2018 having two battery jumps in one day and AAA did not have a battery to replace it. My laptop was stolen out of my car Had brought my car in for service on Thursday and picked it up at 6:30 had my backpack in my trunk the car had tire replacement oil change in detail Had brought my car in for service on Thursday and picked it up at 6:30 had my backpack in my trunk the car had tire replacement oil change in detail picked up my car at 6:30 PM had never left my car unattended after that until 10 o’clock when I got out of my car when I went into my trunk I discovered my MacBook air was missing had drove straight to Hyundai of new port right at 10 talked to Andrew and he told me he would look into it got one call while at work was not able to answer retired his call at 2:30 I was told he will call me back. Never got a call back called Saturday same result. More
